Brexit may disrupt air traffic in Europe
The head of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), Alexander de Junyak, told reporters that if Britain withdrew from the union without an agreement with Brussels, there could be disruptions in European air traffic, Interfax reports.
De Junyak, as head of the organization that regulates the activities of the leading airlines in the world, said that after Brexit, cancellations and delays of flights are possible “for months.” According to him, the measures already taken are not enough to avoid canceling flights.
