The British billionaire promised daily tours to space

space ship
Virgin Galactic plans to establish space tourism and fly into space every day - such plans were voiced by British billionaire Richard Branson, the owner of Virgin Corporation According to him, the route will be about 10-15 minutes long, and the cost is about $ 250 thousand. The operator of regular tours will be Virgin Galactic .

Engineers of this "daughter" of the Branson Corporation are engaged in the development of a new spacecraft, which will be sent to a manned flight.
Recall, in February 2016 Virgin Galactic introduced a new model of a suborbital spacecraft for tourists, "SpaceShipTwo."

Then, the company's representatives and its owner, British billionaire Richard Branson, assured those present at the presentation in a testing center near Los Angeles that the new version was distinguished by a seriously developed security system. The new model of "SpaceShipTwo", called "VSS Unity", has become much safer. Many spacecraft control functions are now automated. When performing a number of tasks the pilot will insure the computer.

And the previous model - the suborbital tourist spaceship "SpaceShipTwo" (SS2) nearly "stopped" on space tourism, crashing in the Mojave desert in southern California in the US in November 2014. The ship exploded during the flight while testing the updated hybrid engine, using a fuel mixture based on granules of polyamide and nitrous oxide.
